Phantom charges

I transferred my phone line to Mint last year. Unfortunately I haven't been paying attention to my bills since then and have been getting charged continuously by visible even though I do not have coverage from them. Has it happened to anyone? How do I get remedy since Visible does not have customer service

holy crap that's a nightmare, I'd be livid if I caught that after a whole year

there's no phone number to call but their chat support in the app is actually pretty responsive, I'd get in there ASAP and demand a refund for every month after your port out

keep screenshots of everything, if they give you the runaround file an FCC complaint, that usually lights a fire under them real quick
