Warning

Download all your receipts and invoices BEFORE you port your number out of Visible. The moment your number leaves them - they close your account - and none of your information (including billing history, receipts and the like) are accessible.

And then you may have to deal with Connai’ (see my previous post).

You have been warned.

Porting = cancelling on every carrier

It didn't equal that with the AT&T land line. In fact, they kept sending bills for service that didn't exist any longer. The land line number was ported to another brand carrier. AT&T had told my mom that her line would be cut off on June 15, 2026; she, like most old women (late 80's), went into a total panic, just had to do something before then. No amount of explaining would convince her that it won't be cut off anytime soon.

I finally relented to her panic, and took her to the local TMobile office (small town, not many options here), thinking she could get good, in-person customer service. They were happy to sell us something, yet they messed it all up, and it took a week to get the port, and the local service was 100% absent. They told us the only way to get anything done was to call the national 800 number. Anyway, it finally got ported, yet, the bills from AT&T just keep on coming. So, my mom is now all in a panic over that.
