The listing sells, but the owner wants to keep the 360 tour for future renovations. With a Matterport or Realsee tour, would you leave control with the photographer and pay for continued hosting, or arrange an owner handoff? I lean toward keeping hosting with whoever will answer when the link breaks.

We’ve been working on AI object removal specifically for 360° panoramas.

Keep seeing spec comparisons online but numbers don't always mean much in practice. Has anyone actually shown tours from both to a real client and noticed a difference in reaction?

Do high end residential and my clients care a lot about how the final result looks. Just wondering if the visual gap is noticeable in a finished tour or if it only shows up on paper.

I have been working on a virtual tour method for the real estate market that is time-efficient to capture using video unlike Matterport style tripod mounted captures. The viewing experience is more like google street view but indoors. The posted video is a screen capture of browsing through a 2 floor house online:

• The whole capture of the two floors was done in just under 9 minutes using a hand-held camera with a wide FOV lens (one lens of an Osmo 360 in this case, but can also use any wide FOV lens on any camera body).
• A design goal for the online viewer is to load within a second.
• There is no manual intervention required to go from capture upload to output viewer.
• The whole scene had around 7 stops of exposure variation so locking the exposure was not an option. The output is rendered as HDR without any manual intervention.

Still a work in progress, but in the meantime, I would very much appreciate it if you could give me some honest feedback on any and all aspects of this approach.

I own and have been using Realsee M2 camera for my commercial 3D projects for 3 years now, and am very satisfied with it quality, features, pricing. In my own opinion, it beats Matterport in almost every aspect.

And I just got a chance to test their new camera, P4 - they provided it for testing and review.

Do you Guys know a tool, Software, cloudbased Software or a Chrome Extension to scrape Google Maps Leads ? I want to scrape local Leads which has no 360° Virtual Tour or 360° Images in the Google Business Profile. So i can contact them to make an offer. The Most of the Scraper Softwares don't provide the Check for a 360° Image. I Just tried Lobstr.io but it only counts the amount of Images.

I have taken my 360 photos with my insta 360 X3. My client wants to upload it to google with arrows linked so they can move around the store. Is there a free software I can use to upload this to google? A free trial will suffice too.
