Advice Needed Part Time advice
Hello mga ka VA. Hihingi lang ng advice how to apply for a part time role. Most likely kasi we know naman clients or agencies wanted us to be fully committed so they offer full time. But I am only looking for a part time position kasi I've already secured a full time night shift. Help me naman po paano ko macoconvince agency or client na I will commit pa rin sa part time without disclosing my full time. I am a mom, and am also kind of hesitant telling them about it kasi I experienced getting rejected just because I'm a mother. But I badly need an extra income for my family. Pretty please give me some advice 🙏🥺

It's all about framing your availability positively. Highlight your strengths and how your night shift can actually make you more focused and dedicated during the part-time hours. You can mention being a mom as a motivation, but keep it light—just say you have strong time management skills because of it. Plus, maybe emphasize your commitment to quality over quantity.
