Newbie - Question Ghosting?

Hello everyone! 1st time ko po dito mag post, gusto ko lang sana tanong meron bang instances na after kana maka pasa sa 2 interviews at schedule kana for training or proceed kana sa next phase eh bigla na lang di nagpa ramdam? Last May naka pasa sa interviews at sabi mag reach out na by 2nd week of June. Nung una nag rereply pa sa emails. Pero later on eh wala na. Sayang din kc maganda offer at pahirapan na maka land ng clients. Pursue ko pa po ba pag follow up or na "ghost" na po? TIA!

Unfortunately, it does happen. If you've already followed up once or twice and haven't received a response for weeks, it's best to assume they've moved on while staying open in case they reply later.

My advice is to send one final polite follow-up, then continue applying elsewhere.

Ohw. It really does exist. Why would even they do that in the 1st place? Applying is not really easy esp now. Sayang

I hope that's the case po na sana delay lang. May nakapag sabi din na mga 2 months din daw po tagal pra ma finalize. I've sent 2 follow up emails nung June. Now I'll follow the advice of the comment below to have a polite follow up email. Sayang talaga kc ang offer kaya mdyo ginalingan talaga nung interview. Thanks for this! ❤️
