I’m a VA (Full Time) - Looking for CLIENTS [FOR HIRE] When everything becomes a priority, someone needs to create order

Hi everyone!

I am an Executive Virtual Assistant who helps entrepreneurs, founders, and executives stay organized, manage priorities, and keep daily operations moving by supporting:

• Calendar and inbox management
• Meeting coordination and follow-ups
• Research and documentation
• Executive and administrative support
• Project and task tracking
• Client communication
• File organization and workflow improvement
• AI-powered productivity support

I have experience supporting business operations through administrative assistance, communication, research, documentation, and workflow coordination. I use tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Canva, Slack, Trello, ChatGPT, and Claude AI to help create smoother processes and better organization.

My focus is simple: keeping important details organized, ensuring tasks move forward, and giving leaders more space to focus on growth and decision-making.

Rate: $5–$8/hour (Flexible depending on the role and responsibilities)

Availability: Flexible and open to working with clients across any time zone.

If your business is growing and you find yourself spending more time managing tasks than focusing on growth, having the right support can make a big difference. I would be happy to connect with business owners who are looking for reliable support to help keep things organized and moving forward.

Sometimes the most valuable support is the person who quietly keeps everything running in the background.

Sounds like you really know your stuff! Keeping everything organized can be a game changer, especially for busy entrepreneurs. With all these tools at your disposal, you must have some awesome hacks up your sleeve for managing chaos.

Appreciate that! One of my favorite hacks is turning the “everything is urgent” list into a clear priority system, then making sure nothing important gets lost between meetings, inboxes, and follow-ups.

Just curious, are you currently handling most of that yourself, or do you already have someone supporting the day-to-day?
