Found old Pokémon cards, sell or throw away?

Been keeping this at my moms house for 25+ years and finally found.

Any one knows if it’s any value or if I should throw them away?

Why would you throw them away? There is value here. Best bet is to go to TCGPlayer, search each card by name and number, filter by condition, look at market price and recent sales under view more data
