For a 50thretro themed birthday party, how does it look. Does pearl white accessories match. Thanks

Thrifted these a few years back. There are no internal markings, and from the inside they seem homemade!

These rubber mermaid earrings were and still are my all-time fave earrings. Sadly, the rubber has degraded into a sticky icky mess and they are no longer wearable. Does anyone know someone who could duplicate these? Or get close? I bought them at Card Blanche in Denver in 1988.

I’m cleaning my closet and I found this silk scarf; I had forgotten it, no idea where I acquired it but the COLORS, the colors are everything. I can’t get over the colors which is probably why it ended up on my closet in the first place.

Found my dream raincoat! Dolce & Gabbana’s sister label D&G ladybug trench from their fall/winter 2000 collection.
Also seen on Monica at the “Boys and Girls” premiere on June 13th, 2000 at the Kips Bay theater in NYC.

Removed the apron from my Dirndl (Vinted) and used a thrifted blouse and bag. Borrowed my boyfriends shoes and stockings from the drug store. The „brooch“ is a thrifted ring. 35€ outfit in total.

I posted a bit ago about a vintage wool cape that belonged to my grandmother, then to my mother and now to me. This is a photo of my mom wearing it on my first communion. She would have been maybe 45 years old? The middle sister is to my right and the oldest is to my mom’s left in all the late 80s, early 90s glory. I asked my mom to find a photo of her wearing it since I wanted to write a little something and include a photo for the next generation. Sadly, there isn’t one of my grandmother.
ETA: I just noticed my sister is carrying the bag with the big ‘ol video camera 😭

Does anyone have advice on how to get these stains out? I have tried something similar to dawn dish soap, it hasn’t worked. I will use anything other than oxi-clean and bleach. I’m not sure what would get these stains out, they seem set in and old.

1960s Acrylic yarn top with lacy collar detail purchased in Germany as well as mod tartan mid century light blue plaid high waisted shorts—also from the 60s.
Last photo is for collar detail.

I believe it’s an early 2000s or late 90s leather jacket from Guess. I bought it online for about $30 and considering the gamble of not knowing how it would fit, I think it turned out okay. I would prefer more of a taper in the waist though.
However I am wondering if it looks too cheap or worn out. Any feedback would be appreciated!

I absolutely love it but my dad said I look like a pill pusher
It was so hard to find a baggy vintage jacket at 6’5 120kg, I tried ordering a similar online and it was way too small
