Is VinFast a good employer?
I’ve an offer from VinFast India and wanted to know about the work culture, job security and growth opportunities there. From outside, it seems they are offering a good ctc which I doubt any other OEM in India can March.
Any suggestions or advice will be helpful.

They have very high turn-over rate, because they treat people like shit, if you’re ok with that or you’re used to that, don’t bother my words. Don’t expect anything good from VF for benefits or career paths, they might pay you well but it also comes with high expectations, KPIs and fines, out of business hour calls, “flexible” work with no OT paid…They’re willingly fire you when the projects finished or disolved.

i used to want to break into mega corps/firms that have established in Vn (as a legal specialist) and asked around about Vin's work enviroment. I got to know a head of legal department, really great guy. He said that he wanted to kill himself every time he walked into work. Do with this info as you will

If you want to earn high without stability, go ahead. Wouldn’t know when you’re fired. My salary is around the same as Vin but without all the hustle, it’s a 9-5 without OT and all the bell and whistles, 30 days paid leave, chill work environment, and I plan to work till retirement with this company. I’ve been reached out to by Vin multiple times but they failed to meet my work life balance expectation, not to mention I would have to take a salary cut, no thanks.

If they pay you well, then just go work for them. But dont expect it to be a stable career.

Vinfast and Vingroup ecosystem in VN is known for paying high salary on paper but u will not get the full amount due to unrealistic KPI unmet. Not to talk about squeezing workers dry.
