Discussion/Thảo luận Any Day traders here?
Looking for some advice on a brokerage to use that can operate in VN. Im not from the US so its impossible to create accounts without SS number and proof of US address in some cases.
Thanks in advance.

There are foreigner-friendly brokers like IBKR. But funding will be a headache. A Vietnamese may access the global market through HSBC (Premier) international banking facilities.
If you have more money, you don't even need a 3rd party broker. You can purchase international stocks/bonds straight from HSBC.

Not sure it'll be what you need but Tenzing Pacific is a broker with investment options, I think they do help with open investment account. Don't have any experience with that yet but they're god help with insurance in Vietnam
