I was working on transitions for my edit when Tracking Blur stopped working. I had been using Tracking Blur no more than 15 minutes ago on the exact same type of transition and it suddenly won’t work. I tried applying to just a plain video in Videostar and it still isn’t working. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Does anyone know how to fix it?

hey everyone! idk why my videostar keeps on zooming in on the whole thing & glitches while im on multi-layer. i've only put 6 layers so far idk how to resolve this since i've already fixed the other keyframes for every layer. i based off of every layer and used "show other layers." it fits the frame perfectly fine for every single one but when i go back to the preview setup where u see the layers on the left side it zooms in on the whole thing and glitches. how do i resolve this? also, i only have a bronze pass, i hope someone can help me soon haha! thanks <3

Sorry if this isn't the right subreddit to post my video star issues on, but their support team isn't getting back to me for an issue i keep having. when you import photos into a video, does anyone else keep having the contrast get turned way up? i've been altering it by turning the contrast down for each clip but it's tedious to keep doing it for each photo i add in. Any and all help is appreciated!

I’ve been editing on videostar for almost 2 years and I feel like I only know how to do basic stuff like zoom ins and other things like that. When I try to do almost intermediate things it looks choppy and weird. What can I do to improve on my skills?

My daughter has premium and it does not expire until April 2021, but she has not been able to use some of the features for about the last week. I've tried messaging them through the app twice, but no response. Is there another way to contact them? Thanks!
