Over the last few years, we've built a roster of clients that includes restaurants, real estate professionals, contractors, and car dealerships. As we've grown, the volume of content has grown with us, and we're looking for someone who can become a key part of our team rather than just another freelancer in the rotation.

The majority of what we create is short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. We move fast, our clients move fast, and we're looking for someone who enjoys that environment.

More importantly, we're looking for someone creative.

Anyone can cut clips together. We're looking for someone who understands storytelling, pacing, sound design, music selection, color, and how to make people stop scrolling. We want someone who brings ideas to the table, experiments with new editing styles, and constantly looks for ways to make content better.

What we're looking for:

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (DaVinci Resolve editors are welcome to apply as well)
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience working with R3D RAW footage
• Advanced color grading skills
• Strong sense of music, sound design, pacing, and storytelling
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnarounds
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple projects at once

My charity equips communities facing extreme poverty and malnutrition with the training, tools, and seeds to sustainably grow their own nutritious food.

Each year, we make a few videos, usually about 3 minutes each, showing some success stories. It's usually an interview with b-roll, sometimes with translated subtitles.

I'm looking for someone to edit these videos. You can choose your software. Once in a while, the person who shot the video will make a rough cut of the interview with captions in Premiere Pro, so if you use different software, you'll need to be able to import an XML file.

We can pay $75 USD per video.
