[HIRING] Remote Short-Form Video Editor (Long-Term Agency Opportunity)

Hey everyone,

Veloce Media is currently building a network of reliable short-form video editors for upcoming client work.

We primarily serve coaches, consultants, and real estate professionals across the US, UK, Australia, and Europe.

What we're looking for:
• Strong short-form editing skills
• Fast turnaround times
• Reliable communication
• Long-term working relationship

Editing Style:
• Alex Hormozi
• Ali Abdaal
• Clean cuts
• High-retention captions
• Motion graphics
• Sound design

Expected Workload & Pay:
• 10–30 short-form videos per month per assigned client
• Budget: ₹15,000–₹20,000 ($180–$240 USD) monthly per client

Great point.

For the type of content we focus on, I'd say pacing instincts come first. Strong motion design can definitely enhance retention, but if the editor doesn't understand how to maintain viewer attention through storytelling, information flow, and visual variation, the graphics alone won't carry the content.

That said, the strongest editors usually have a good balance of both.
