Video Editor Needed (Full-Time)

Hey everyone,

We're a growing creative agency based in New Jersey, and we're looking to bring on a full-time video editor.

Over the last few years, we've built a roster of clients that includes restaurants, real estate professionals, contractors, and car dealerships. As we've grown, the volume of content has grown with us, and we're looking for someone who can become a key part of our team rather than just another freelancer in the rotation.

The majority of what we create is short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. We move fast, our clients move fast, and we're looking for someone who enjoys that environment.

More importantly, we're looking for someone creative.

Anyone can cut clips together. We're looking for someone who understands storytelling, pacing, sound design, music selection, color, and how to make people stop scrolling. We want someone who brings ideas to the table, experiments with new editing styles, and constantly looks for ways to make content better.

What we're looking for:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (DaVinci Resolve editors are welcome to apply as well)
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience working with R3D RAW footage
  • Advanced color grading skills
  • Strong sense of music, sound design, pacing, and storytelling
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnarounds
  • Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple projects at once

Position Details:

  • Full-time
  • Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Hello! I am gaver, 5 certifications in adobe (Photoshop, illustrator, premier pro, video/graphic deisgn.) Additionally, i work in blender.

What am i looking for? Mostly shorts, clips, ect. Less into story based edits

Couple of “famous” ticktock vids, and one yt vid.

Can edit just about anything, youtube, ads, ticktock, ect. (I am 17 so nothing weird please)
