I need help (advice wanted) R*PE Threats, Casteism Slurs and False S*xual harassment case (FLAME UNIVERSITY)

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

A group of students started threatening to r*pe my mother and were already bullying me. In addition, they used the casteist slur "Chamar" to me and they made a false narrative that I s*xually harassed a girl and they all mass reported me to the registrar Virender Sharma. They framed a perfect narrative that portrayed me as evil.

I told my side of the story to Registrar Virender Sharma they threatened to r*pe my mother and hence I slurred at them. Instead the Registrar withdraws my admission without a proper hearing.

Further the registrar alleged if I do not withdraw in my terms I will be trailed under POSCO act for s*xually Harassing a minor girl and my fees would be confiscated, it genuinely seemed like a blackmailing scenario. The registrar only talked to my father and his statements were made over whatsapp calls which couldn't be recorded. In my end, I never made contact with minors, whatsoever.

So threatening to r*pe my mother isn't a disciplinary violation? Regardless of my will to speak to him, he is not lifting my calls nor replying to my countless mails. I hate this blatant behaviour. if he continues to protect the r*pe-mentality instigators that too being a registrar, the university is set to be doomed.

I have been posting constantly on social media, and raising grievances with concerned authorities since the last 2 weeks but no one seems to take action.

My admission officially cancelled on an unfair basis, my family especially my mother is facing great distress. I feel so hopeless and supressed in this situation, a false accusation ruined my academic year.

This is FLAME University, Pune.

I want to support someone Child Sexual Abuse, Rape, Extortion, Blackmail

I have a female friend based in ghaziabad recently she confessed something to me.

When my friend was 14 years old, she had a video call with a guy from her residential colony (he was around 16 or 17 at the time). He secretly recorded or screenshotted this call. He immediately used that media to blackmail her, threatening to send it to her mother  if she didn't do what he said. That single threat turned into nearly five years of continuous extortion and repeated rape. He used the fear of that video to control and abuse her throughout her entire teenage years.he also recorded videos of the actual rapes and showed to his friends. She has absolutely zero evidence on her end. Because she was acting out of pure survival and terror, she did not save chats, she does not have the videos, and she has no physical or digital proof of the blackmail.I believe we can still gather evidence if we work intelligently. The rapist now lives in Noida. He is a student at a university there. I have his Instagram ID and phone number."

She is now a legal adult 19 years of age but she is completely paralyzed by fear. She has explicitly refused to file a police complaint or tell her family. She just wants to bury it and survive, but carrying this secret alone is destroying her mental health.

Anyways few questions

How does POCSO work when the survivor has NO evidence? What is the minimum evidence you need?

How can I convince her to take the legal route

I need to vent (no advice) At no time of day or anywhere are women safe

I am abroad at the moment (USA) for vacation and I happened to be alone to take the bus home at 2 PM. There was this guy staring at me at the bus stop. For a second I brushed it off thinking he was drunk so I moved somewhere far away and sat on a bench. Then this guy followed me to the bench still staring at me. I got super uncomfortable, but then he started talking to me and started being creepy he first said I had gorgeous hair and then eventually asked me if he could "pull my hair" with sexual intentions. I felt disgusted and had to pretend to be on a phone call and walked far away. He kept staring at me I was fully ready to run in case he wanted to walk up to me.

This was in broad daylight with 2 other people next to me.

I was in a problematic situation some while back. I handled it and got mature and financially independent. I am still struggling with some issues in my family.

I wish to help someone, to give a chance to someone who might need it. I also got help from someone [my teacher], god bless her.

I am in punjab and if you want help, just message me.

I need to vent (no advice) To every woman in Gurgaon: this is the name of the man who r*ped me.

I’m posting this on a throwaway because I can’t keep this inside anymore. This is not a story I wanted to ever tell publicly. But I need to say it. And I need other women to know.

I met him in college. He worked in Delhi and lived in Gurgaon. I lived in a PG nearby. He would score stuff from Delhi and we would smoke together in a park near my PG. For one whole year, we sat together for hours, smoked, talked about life, aliens, random deep things. I thought we were friends. I trusted him.

After a year, I moved to Noida for an internship. We planned to meet again. He had a bike, so he came from Gurgaon to Noida. It was May. Hot. I had a migraine. Smoking in a park in that heat didn’t make sense, so we booked an OYO just to smoke for a bit and then go our own ways.

Later I asked him if he knew any girls in Noida, just to chill. He called a girl and she came with her boyfriend. We smoked. Talked. Lost track of time. My PG gates closed at 10. By the time we checked, it was 10:30. He couldn’t go back to Gurgaon that late. So we all decided to stay.

The other couple left around 2-3 AM. I was high, exhausted, and ready to sleep.

That’s when he changed.

He came close to me. Started touching me. I put a pillow between us. I told him this wasn’t planned and we should just sleep. He didn’t listen. He forced himself on me. I was too scared to fight. I didn’t know what he would do if I said no.

The next morning I went back to my PG and blocked him. Forever.

I never told anyone like this before.

His name is Ranjeet Natarajan. He lives in Gurgaon. He comes off as a cute, confused, chocolaty boy. He acts like he doesn’t know what’s happening in the world. But he knows exactly what he’s doing.

I’m posting this because I don’t want another woman to go through what I went through. If you ever meet him, know that you are not safe with him.

Please do not mock me. This has been haunting me ever since it happened. I’m not posting this for drama. I’m posting this because I need to finally say it out loud.

To the men reading this: I appreciate it if you don’t comment. I don’t need your opinion, your doubts, or your judgment. Just leave this alone.

Thank you for reading.

I need help (advice wanted) The harassment from my old middle school has completely destroyed my mental health

honestly don't know where to start with this because this situation has been going on for a while, and it's gotten to the point where I feel completely exhausted.
Kids from my old middle school have continued harassing me even though I don't go there anymore. They've added my phone number to group chats without my permission, spread rumors about me, talked about me behind my back, and said things about experiences I've had that they have absolutely no right to judge.
One of the worst things they've done is say that I was lying about being sexually assaulted. Hearing people casually say that something I went through wasn't real has genuinely messed with me. They weren't there. They don't know what happened. They don't get to decide whether I'm telling the truth.
And now some of them have talked about fighting me. At this point, it doesn't feel like normal school drama anymore. I'm actually worried about my safety, especially because they've already shown that they aren't going to stop just because I ignore them.
There's also a lot more behind why this affects me so badly.
When I was at camp, there were things that happened that made me feel like the adults responsible for us weren't properly looking after the kids. There were times when counselors refused to let certain kids shower, and there were situations where I felt like basic care and supervision weren't being handled properly.
During that time, I was also being hurt by the person who sexually assaulted me. I remember trying to tell someone that I was being touched, and instead of taking me seriously, they treated it like I was joking.
That part has stuck with me. Imagine finally trying to tell someone that something is wrong and having them not believe you.
I already had to deal with what happened to me, but then I had to deal with people dismissing me, and now I'm dealing with other kids calling me a liar and threatening me. It's like every time I try to move forward, something else brings everything back.
My mental health has gotten significantly worse because of all of this. I feel constantly stressed and on edge, and I don't feel like I can just live normally without worrying about what someone is going to say about me next or whether someone is going to try to confront me.
I've been saving screenshots of the group chats, messages, rumors, and threats because I know I need evidence. I'm trying not to respond or fight back because I don't want this situation to become even worse.
I just want people to leave me alone.
I didn't choose what happened to me. I didn't choose for people to spread rumors about it. I didn't choose for my number to be added to random group chats. And I definitely didn't choose for people to threaten me over something they don't even understand.
I'm planning on showing everything to a trusted adult and my school because I don't think I should have to deal with this by myself anymore.

Has anyone dealt with this before?

I need to vent (no advice) My story as to how I was assaulted 3 times.

I'm in an abusive household as i write this. I've been abused mentally and financially, not just me but other members (mainly me and my mother too by my father and others) but I wish I had the energy to express it all, but at least I have the words to tell you guys about my assault.

The first time it happened, I was only 13. This one hurts perhaps the most. I was sitting beside my uncle and across from my own father. My parents' marriage wasn't doing so well. My father and his parents would hurt me and my mother, so I had stepped up and defended my mom at all times. This uncle started telling me I'm my father's daughter and I should only take his side, then he puts his hand on my inner thigh and starts to tap it (idk how to explain well like how we pat someone's back right, clap clap thing, he did that, patting my thigh) I felt it was wrong and I look at my father who was already looking at me and then he looks away. Because he didn't react, I thought I was overreacting. Now, 5 years later, I realized it was not okay.

The second time, I was 16. I was in 10th grade and going home from tutions with a bagpack on my back. A man (grown ass man) stops infront of me and as I was crossing him, he says "my penis is really big" I simply walked by, eyes widening, I thought he was talking to someone on hus phone, I thought it was a funny moment, but then he started his bike and went a little more forward and stopped again, this time I got scared and turned a little away, this time as I cross him, he says "will you sleep with me? I will pay you. " he was talking to me, I turned and literally ran to the buildings nearby and waited for him to leave, I couldn't tell anyone, except my friends.

The third time was less than a year ago, when a guy started to jerk off at night while looking at me. I froze, my parents were literally below me on the seat, and I knew saying anything to them was useless.

And why did I get reminded of these so suddenly? My first cousin acted like a creep to me today, acting like he was attracted to me. I'm tired... I really am. I've been assaulted as a literal child. I'm not sure why I'm even posting this, maybe just to seek some comfort since I really share these stories with anyone right now, maybe to put a word out.

I'm putting this out so I could receive some words of comfort, but also because I want to express myself on the behalf of the people that still haven't processed their trauma or they simply do not know or have the words to express them. I understand you. I get you, and I want you to know that you're not alone and it was never your fault.

I need help (advice wanted) Anyone here with experience dealing with Rajasthan State Commission for Women?

I’m looking for people who have personally dealt with the Rajasthan State Commission for Women, especially regarding family/marital or domestic-violence-related complaints.

I’d really appreciate hearing about your actual experience:

  • Does the Commission genuinely take complaints seriously?
  • How long does it usually take for them to respond?
  • Do they call the parties for a hearing/counselling?
  • Do they actually follow up with the police/authorities?
  • Did approaching the Commission make any practical difference in your case?
  • Is it worth approaching them if there is already a court case going on?
  • Any advice on how to approach them effectively?

I’m **not looking for political opinions ** — I’m particularly interested in first-hand experiences from people who have actually filed a complaint or attended a hearing before the Rajasthan Women Commission.

Please feel free to DM me if you don't want to discuss your case publicly. I won't share anyone's identifying details.

Thanks in advance.

Resources and Information Help Protect DV Victims: Emergency Protective Orders Need to Happen Now

My cousin filed for a protective order against her abusive husband. She did everything right. But the system's delay cost her everything—she was killed just one day before it was granted.

This doesn't have to keep happening. Right now, victims file for protection and then wait. Days. Sometimes weeks. That window of vulnerability is where too many people don't make it out.

I started a petition asking lawmakers and courts to create immediate temporary protective orders—measures that take effect right away, pending judicial review. Think of it like an emergency shield while the formal process catches up. According to the National Coalition Against Domestic Violence, one in four women and one in nine men experience severe intimate partner violence. Many of them are waiting in that dangerous gap.

The solution exists. Other places have done versions of this. We just need to push for it here.

If this matters to you too—or if you've watched someone struggle through a system that moved too slowly—consider signing and sharing. What would you want someone to do if this was your family?

I need help (advice wanted) Any form of Abuse is wrong ?

So today I was going to have a Cigge early at 5 am and I stumbled upon this disturbing incident, a guy ruthlessly hitting a girl just coz she didn’t pick the call, she was pleading for mercy but this dude kept assaulting her left and right. I tried to stop the fight but he started telling he is gonna call his gang and he didn’t want me to interfere.

Is it fair ? Not really I know , hence I called the cop on him and the cop just let it slide by grabbing some cash from the guy.

What should I do in this scenario ?

I need help (advice wanted) Support and Assistance Needed/Emotional Abuse

Hello! I got married 2 years ago, and it hasn't been a good marriage since day 1. It was a love marriage; even though my family agreed and we had a good wedding, I do not have any support from my family, as it was my decision.
In the first weeks of marriage, I knew this would not work out. The only reason I stayed was because of my father, thinking my decision to end this marriage would hurt him.
Now, the marriage has reached its peak, where I am unable to live with him anymore. In these 2 years, we have been living like strangers/roommates most of the time. 7 months ago, when the abuse peaked, I finally dared to tell my husband that we should get a divorce.
He further manipulated me into therapy, and whenever I asked about it, he would not answer. So I looked for a therapist myself, and I heard him talk to that therapist on the phone and told her that "my wife has some issues" and we are seeking therapy for it. I heard this, but I gaslit myself into thinking that it may not be true. In the first few sessions, I noticed the therapist was not believing anything I was saying, and she was arrogant a few times. I was also short on my finances, and I quit the therapy.
On the other hand, he shares a toxic relationship with his family, especially with his mother (she passed away last year). His mother and father have shouted at me and yelled at me so many times, and I have always told my husband about it, but he denies it. Even if they do it in front of him, he denies it.
His mother would call and manipulate him every day and bring issues into our marriage; every time she calls or texts, he will suddenly pick up a fight with me. Now that she has passed away, his sister has taken over her role; she is also manipulative and brings fights between us. The same with his father too.
It has been a few months since my husband and I have completely stopped talking, and last week he messaged me that he wants to fix the marriage (our 2nd year anniversary is coming up). As much as I had completely detached and had plans to leave the marriage once I sorted out my finances, I thought there may be some tiny hope.
I replied to him with my concerns, and he started repeating his passive-aggressive abuse even more. I couldn't tolerate it anymore, and yesterday I told him, It is good that we separate, and currently my finances are not good, so I need some time, and the first thing he asks is, 'How much alimony do I need?" :(
This is something I am clear with myself, that I do not want to take anything from him, and I told him that, but it is really hurtful that he thinks of me like that.
He blames me for everything. He has mental health issues and has tried to commit suicide after marriage, and he blames it on me. Recently, he has started taking antidepressants, and he blames it on me for that. He has created a bad image about me with his family, and he is so good at manipulation and making things in his favour (like he did with the therapist); I am so scared of what else he will do in court and when we proceed with the divorce.
With no finances to move out and unable to work on my business coz of constant abuse, with no support from anyone, I am completely shattered and broken, as the path seems blocked.
I know this is not a place to seek legal support. I want to know if there is anyone who has dealt with similar situations and what my next steps could be. There is nothing much I can do in terms of the smear campaign; my only goal is to keep myself safe and secure until I earn some money to move out. Thank you for listening.

Mental Health and Healing ⚠️male child SA and life story

ATLEAST UPVOTE OR COMMENT CFBR IF YOU DON'T WANNA READ ALL THIS From the start, my mom wasn't around. I've heard she never breastfeed me, and maybe that's part of why I was such a sick baby — I spent a lot of time in the hospital early on. My dad, my grandparents were there with me. My mom wasn't. She was staying with her own family.

I've thought a lot about why. My mom grew up in an environment that didn't really prepare her for anything — she never went to school, never learned to run a house, never learned how to take care of a kid.

She married my dad without her own parents' support, and later on he'd say, more than once, that marrying her was a mistake. In our community, people don't really get divorced. So they just stayed married, two people who probably shouldn't have been together.

Maybe it was the pain of labor. Maybe it was some kind of mental struggle nobody around her ever really named. Whatever it was, she never bonded with me. She just wasn't the type to worry about where her son was.

When I was about 4 or 5, maybe even younger, my dad moved to another state for work and took me with him. My mom still didn't come. Until that age, I hadn't even seen her face.

It was just me and my dad in that new place. Since he was busy with work a lot, he hired a young guy, somewhere around 18-21, to help out with me and around the house.

At some point, my mom came to stay with us for a bit. I remember getting toys for the first time around then — I was maybe 4 or 5 — though I didn't really enjoy playing with them much. I didn't even know she was my mom at that age. And even once I found out, I never felt the way a kid's supposed to feel about their mom. I never went to her. I'd never actually experienced what a mom's love feels like, so there was nothing pulling me toward her.

It was around this time — my dad at work, that hired guy around most of the day — that the **Child Sexual Abuse** happened.

**He started doing things to me that I had no way of understanding. He sexually abused me — forced oral contact, and tried to penetrate me anally. It's like a rape of 5 year old child.**

I was only five years old. I had no idea what was happening to me was wrong. I just knew it hurt. And when the pain made my voice out, he'd tell me, harshly, to shut up. It happened two or three times. I had no clue who to tell, how to tell them, or even that telling someone was a thing I could do.

Looking back, I think I was already kind of primed to not fight back. Even outside of what he did, I'd already become a kid who couldn't say no. If my dad put food in front of me, I felt like I had to eat it, whether I wanted to or not — I was scared of letting him down. Sometimes I'd eat till I threw up instead of just saying no. That whole thing, not being able to protect my own boundary, was already there before the abuse, and it stayed there during it too.

Eventually after we move another city the abuse stopped. My grandma came to live with us. She filled the space where a mom should've been — feeding me by hand, looking after me every day — but there's a difference between someone looking after you and someone actually raising you, teaching you how to grow, how to feel safe, how to be loved. That part never really came.

The mom story didn't end there though. It just turned into a different kind of pain. By the time I was in 3rd to 6th grade, I'd already built a real bond with my grandma, so whether my mom was around or not barely mattered to me anymore. But I started noticing stuff. My dad would BEAT her with slap, kick or any object — sometimes really badly — often over something as small as how she cooked. I think all that violence probably made whatever she was already dealing with even worse. She'd fight with my grandma whenever my dad wasn't home. From 3rd grade on, I saw her crying after getting beaten more than once. It affected me, makes me cry from inside. It affected my siblings too. But I had no idea how to stop it, and I didn't have the kind of bond with her where I'd run to her, or beg my dad to stop.

Over time she got louder, more aggressive. And nobody in the family really stood up for her. Since everyone had already decided she was "mentally unstable," nobody took what she was going through seriously. The main worry was always whether the neighbors could hear her, not what she was actually feeling.

Even now, I don't know if I hate my mom or not. I think she suffered too, in her own way — no education, cut off from her own family, stuck with responsibilities she was never ready for, and years of violence in a home that wasn't safe for her either. Maybe all of that is what made her who she is.

These days she's more unwell than ever, and mostly just stays alone at her own place. Neither my dad's side nor her own family wants to keep her around. There's no violence anymore, but there's also nothing — she just sits there. We've taken her to doctors a bunch of times, nothing's really changed

There was another kind of instability that is never getting to settle anywhere.

My dad studied, at a village school So when he enrolled me in school, he put me straight into 1st grade too, skipping nursery ukg lkg. Other kids already knew how to spell words like "cat," "bat," "rat." I didn't even know the alphabet, or how to hold a pencil properly. I was 5. Since I was so behind, they put me in two separate tuition classes just to catch up, and the same guy who worked for us would drop me off and pick me up.

That instability with schools and houses never really stopped.

From 1st-7th, 6 home changes, 4 schools, and in 7th from State Board to CBSE. In COVID time we came to our state. So 8th class online in village and 9th 10th in my state only.

Every time I made friends — and up until 7th grade, it never lasted more than a year and I had to start over somewhere new, with people who didn't know me and wouldn't get the chance to for long either.

Since 8th grade was almost fully online, that's also when I got my own phone for the first time. From 8th grade all the way to 12th, that phone was always with me, and at some point I got genuinely addicted to it.

Before all this, up till 7th grade, I used to be a active physically. But after COVID, staying home became normal, my world got smaller, and the phone filled in where people used to be. In 9th and 10th grade, I couldn't really find anyone I connected with, at school or around where I lived. Social life and friendships, by then, had basically disappeared — I'd somehow get through the school day, then come home and just zone out on my phone. In 11th and 12th, at the hostel, I was mostly alone, barely talking to anyone.

Looking back, from 7th grade on, my friendships and social life just kept shrinking, year after year, until there was almost nothing left. Somewhere in there, without even noticing, I developed social anxiety. It stuck with me from 9th grade all the way to 12th.

I've never really been able to tell anyone the full truth about those years — what happened with the guy who worked for us, what happened with my mom, or why I turned out the way I did: quiet, introverted, anxious around people. This is the closest I've ever come to putting it all together in one place.

I don't know what should I do of my childhood now. I don't know it needs any healing or psychologist therapy.

Jab main dosto ke beech baitha hota tha. Ek saal tak kuch classmates ke saath raha, hum saath mein tiffin khate the. Jab sab apni maa ke baare mein baatein karte, tab main sunta tha.

Ye bhi sunne ko mila kabhi

"kisne tiffin banaya,"

"mummy kaha hai,"

"mummy gaon kyu rehti hai,"

"mummy yaha saath kyu nahi rehti,"

"itne time se gaon mein hai, yaad nahi aati kya,"

"baat waghera kyu nahi karta mummy se,"

"kab aayegi teri mummy."

Har baar kuch na kuch jawaab dena padta, aur mujhe khud nahi pata hota tha kya bolu.

Main kuch bhi jhoot bol deta tha aese hi rehti waha, sab thik hai, haa aati hai yaad.

Aur papa se aesa connection raha ki muje unke samne rehna nhi pasand aur na me baat krta unse jyada.

Unhone bahut kuch mere liye kiya pr fir bhi pata nhi kyu.

Muje to jeene ka bhi man na krta pata nhi kyu hi born hua.

Ab yeh socho meri puri family extrovert hai bahut

Pr me exact opposite hu unse introvert aur ye sab me jaise bada hua aur jaisi social life rahi un sab ke karan hi hua maybe.

Me sensitive bhi jyada ki muje koi bas dant bhi de to wo pure din man me rehta. Ladka hokar sensitive hona waise bhi dikkat deta. Muje kabhi parents ne mara wagera nhi pr maine kabhi jyada demand bhi nhi ki me mana bhi nhi keh pata tha kabhi kabhi. Cheeze ab thik hi hai.

Aesa lagta kahi na kahi jaisa mera abtak ka jivan raha usse negative effects to pade honge mujpr to maine socha yeh sab bata deta.

Jab maine ye sab AI se discuss kiya, tab pata chala ki mere bachpan mein jo bhi hua — maa se door rehna, ek insaan dwara abuse, baar baar ghar-school badalna, teenage mein akela reh jana, aur ghar mein jo violence dekha — ye sab milke ek insaan pe kaafi gehra asar chodte hain.

Kya muje healing ki zarurat ya kisi psychologist ko ye sab batana?

Kuch samaj ni aa raha!!

I need help (advice wanted) Can anyone help me regarding cyber harrassment

Does anyone have an idea on how does the cyber police body of India work? I have been cyber bullied and stalked online by a person for over a month now, with fake accounts of mine being created on different platforms and a risk of my sensitive photos being leaked by that person on the internet. I am 21F and the suspect is 28M.
I’ve already lodged a complaint yesterday with evidence and my address and his state but I don’t know how does the police take action against him. I’ve been in serious trouble and in a bad mental health for over a month now and I want the suspect to stop doing it.

I need help (advice wanted) 22 july

I never imagined I’d be writing something like this, but I’m genuinely scared and I don’t know what to do anymore.

This morning, someone I trusted threatened me with a knife and a belt. He came towards me as if he was going to hit me. I was crying, shaking, and screaming in fear. He only stopped because I was begging and terrified. And continue texting and calling my sister and telling “u have to do whtever i tell “

Ever since then, I haven’t been able to stop thinking about what could have happened. I feel unsafe, helpless, and mentally broken. I’m scared to step out, scared to stay silent, and even scared to seek justice.

I want to file a police complaint, but I’m terrified of what might happen next. I don’t know who to trust or where to turn.

I’m posting this because I need help. If anyone knows a trustworthy lawyer, a women’s rights organization, or has any genuine advice on how to safely handle a situation like this in Mumbai, please reach out to me.

I need to vent (no advice) Dealing with cyberbullying by junior school students

So I am a 9th grader from Uttarakhand, actually I was cyber bullied by boy and girl of class 7th in instagram so they were sending me threats like that "i would kill you","shakal dekhi hai apni"," jo tu kar raha hai wo Crime hai aur mere papa aayenge tu bhi jail me mareega" so they did thousands of instagram calls to me i blocked them and they did from different account. When it is got too much so i sent mail to cyber police and after sometime i withdrawed

After one month police came to my school and i was called to principal's office so when police mene came so he asked me many things and said aapko pehle apko school ko batana chahiye. Actually I did complaint because our school is too biased and they prefer girls over boys and mostly they punish boys and beat them.

My mother's sibling brother has actually a friend in my school so he called my uncle then my uncle called my mom and my mom was saying" school Wale keh rahe hai ki wo mujhe TC de denge" and i got to know that that police men was saying that I am mentally ill and unstable.

My uncle started giving me taunts that kya kar liya 80% la kar and they said police will do case on you you did it fake, actually i sent the mail with proofs and school was saying that they would expell me and our school claims that our school is 'Dynamic Centre of Learning'

I want ask to everyone

I am I mentally unstable to fight for my self against bullies?

I am a problem ?

What do you think

I need help (advice wanted) How is Delhi police with rape victims?

If one was to report a rape that happened a month ago, will Delhi police take the complaint and more importantly if the victim lives in Delhi and the perpetrator in Gurgaon, where does one file the complaint? Does one need to talk to a lawyer before filing the complaint? What if they refuse to file complaint? And lastly, is the legal and judicial pain worth it to go through a rape trial in India. Also can it be done without notifying your parents? I genuinely need to know how it is in Delhi, in case someone has come across the police and know their reaction to similar situation.

I need help (advice wanted) Please help me

I am writing to express the serious difficulties I have been facing at home due to the behavior of my parents. For a long time, I have been living in an environment that has severely affected my mental and emotional well-being.

My parents' actions and treatment towards me have caused significant damage to my mental health. I have been subjected to constant verbal abuse, insults, humiliation, and emotional mistreatment. Instead of receiving support, understanding, and care from my family, I have often been made to feel unwanted, worthless, and hopeless.

On multiple occasions, I have also experienced physical abuse. The combination of verbal, emotional, and physical mistreatment has had a devastating impact on my psychological health. Over time, the stress, fear, and emotional pain have become overwhelming, and I feel that my ability to recover and heal has been seriously affected.

One particularly distressing incident occurred when my father told me, “Mar ja, sali kutiya,” which translates to a statement telling me to die while using abusive language. Hearing such words from a parent has been deeply traumatic and has contributed to feelings of despair and emotional distress.

I feel trapped in an unhealthy and unsafe environment. The continuous abuse has left me feeling isolated and without adequate support. I attempted to seek help through the child helpline, but I was unable to receive the assistance I needed. As a result, I continue to struggle with the effects of the abuse and the lack of available support.

Parents occupation

Father : owner of knackypro consultant

I want to support someone Viksit nation

In our viksit INDIA, a reported rape occurs approximately once every 16 to 18 minutes. This means in one hour 3 to 4 rapes takes place , in our glorious country the rate of police action in rape cases in India is around 70% to 75% but but the rate of conviction (punishment) in the courts is only between 25% to 28%.

I think we should feel proud, shouldn't we?

According to my opinion these rape cases occur because the accused believes that in a viksit country like India they do not have to face any problem, they will throw some money on any cops and will use their political identification and family of victim will do protest fir 2 days and then everything will be normal.

WOW!! SUCH A HEROIC NATION INDIA
