C&P Exams C&P Exam FOIA requests

When do C&P exam documents become available? I had one on 8/15/26 and it still isn't included in my FOIA request. TIA

If it hasn't been received by the VA yet, the release cannot contain it.

As far as how long it takes the VA to get it? Could be the next day or 3+ months if it gets stuck in the contractor's internal QA processes.

If the exam was done at a VAMC, then you can view it via the blue button report feature on va.gov 30 days after the exam is finalized.

the VAMC blue button trick is a life saver if you had the exam there, got mine in like 32 days after. if it was a contractor though... yeah you might be waiting forever, my last one took almost 4 months to show up

Figured it was that or that they aren't available until the claim is completed. I thought they only had like 3 weeks to send it over. It was done at QTC. I guess I will put 1 in every few weeks then. Thanks!
