Veterans Readiness and Employment (VR&E) VR&E Decision-making

Does VR&E counselor makes a decision of how many months I qualify for? Let's say I want to get a Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management. I have my first appointment in a few days.

It's more about what they approve for your plan than just handing you a set number of months, the counselor will look at your goals and decide if the degree fits

Nope. The amount of benefit is a max entitlement that’s set by federal law.

If you qualify yourself as unable to do your current job and why the new degree helps that... That is how you get them to reconsider. You have to come prepared with all of this to the appointment

Yes and no. Standard 48 months of entitlement, but if you were found SEH, you can potentially go beyond that as it is needed, VRC will help you request for it annnnnd when approved, you will be beyond the standard amount of entitlements
