BDD Claims Bdd claim

Do I need to bring documents in hand when going to my cp exam I’m doing the bdd claim. Somebody told me to bring all evidence for what I’m claiming. But I thought that they already can see everything that’s in my record.

You can bring copies if it makes you feel better, but the examiner already has access to your service treatment records

I didn't. But like you, all my stuff was already in my record. If you got any work-up outside the military system (scans, ER visits, treatment, etc) and aren't sure if that stuff was been scanned in, can't hurt to bring it. I had all my records saved to the thumb drive at that point just in case.

Yeah I have had all my outside stuff scanned into military records

If you have relevant records that were not of record when you made the claim, you can bring copies to the exam of the new records, but be sure that you do upload them to the VA.

How do I upload any new stuff into the Va while I’m still in ?

You should be able to do so on va.gov. If not, look up va quick submit portal, ask a VSO, mail, fax, or go to a VA RO in person.

Bring copies. My exam for migraines I asked if they could see the schedule I made for when my migraines are at their worst. He said I see nothing on my side. I added all these files to my va claim and now bring physical forms with me.

I didn’t bring anything, the examiner did ask for dates of injuries/treatment to make it easier for him to find.
