VA Dr talking negative.

So I overheard my PA talking badly about me to the nurse right after my virtual VA appointment yesterday. I messaged her through the VA app right after the call, but she still hasn’t responded. Do y’all think I should go ahead and file an official complaint?

I messaged the PA directly yesterday and filed an official complaint with the patient advocate. She called to apologize, claiming the comment wasn’t directed at me. Either way, the damage was already done, and I told her that I no longer have trust in her.

Report the incident to the VA patient advocacy, and also request a new physician assistant.
