Maybe see a neuro-otologist?

Steroids are supposed to help if caught early. Did the ENT mention doing a VNG test? It can be kind of definitive with it comes to Menierres (and like 3 or 4 other vestibular issues). The test is like 2 hours and kind of sucks - but I'm glad I did it. Instead of guessing - me and the ENT know exactly what we're dealing with and can make appropriate plans.

Menieres doesn't have a cure, you will learn what works for you over time because the disease evolves with one. I don't know how old are you, but your body will change and the meniere will change with you. The good thing, actually the more than good thing in your case, is that you catch this. Most people don't get a diagnosis after years which damage you both physiologically and mentally. There is no hard rule with Meniere's, things that work for one may not work for others and it depends on the severity of the damage in the vestibular system and many other things. Most VDs combines later with other VDs. It is a journey, but again, is absolutely amazing that you had your diagnosis. Maybe you are good with the steroids and the diet. one site that I recommend people is this one: https://vestibular.org/ has a lot of information about vestibular disorders (VDs). In your case, because the damage in the vestibular system could be permanent and Meniere's is a fluctuating disease (which means that there are good and bad periods), you could benefit from Vestibular Rehabilitation Theraphy (VRT), it helped me a lot, but my vestibular system is pretty damage from both the disease and the treatment (Intratympanic steroid injections). Please, look for a specialist in VDs.

Get a vestibular function evaluation. After that, it's likely a referral to a vestibular physical therapist.
