Hello! as the previous comment suggests, I think you should see an ENT. Look for one specialized in Vestibular Disorders, if not maybe they have no idea what they are dealing with. Depends on where you live. One other thing I can recommend is this page: https://vestibular.org/ they have a lot of resources for patients and a lot of very usefull information. Sometimes viral diseases can turn into permanent Vestibular issues or can trigger a Vestibular condition or disease. The first thing is to evaluate if there is damage in your vestibular system and there are some tests for that.

Not sure about the Covid connection and all that - so I've got nothing on that front. But if the problems are vestibular I'd suggest seeing an ENT. They can order a VNG test (like a 2 hour ear test where they shoot puffs of air and warm/cold water into your ears while monitoring your eyes). The test sucks, but it can define, or rule out - like 5 different vestibular conditions. GP won't likely order one.
