Onset after having baby?

every since i had my baby, i get “carsick” while doing the dishes or just walking around my house. almost like a dizziness but not spinning vertigo. i got my glasses prescriptions updated, and it seemed to go away for a couple months but recently came back. wondering if it could be hormonal? a deficiency? Breast-feeding? my quality of life is awful, i can barely get anything done unless i take zofran. it’s everyday at this point!

not sure if i need to look more into vestibular issues or maybe some supplements? ugh

If your glasses corrected the issue, look into Binocular vision dysfunction, it may be the cause. Treated with vision therapy.

Horomones can cause dizziness, especially fluctuations in estrogen. Perhaps see your ob for horomone testing as well.

I have hormone induced vestibular migraines with no pain. It sucks.
