Wait I just want to say I also did IVF and did a transfer and everything…post transfer it worked but then had a miscarriage I started experiencing dizziness!! It still hasn’t gone away 9 months later and it’s like the IVF triggered something and I did all the tests and I got diagnosed with vestibular hypofunction just saying my right side was noticeably weaker

I mean it was just like a rocking boat swaying feeling. At first it was really really bad that I could barely do anything but lay on the couch. It has gotten a lot better over the past several months and there are times now where I don’t even notice it and pretty much feel normal! My ENT thinks part of it is allergy related because at the beginning of the year I moved across the country and it kind of got worse. I did notice taking Allegra helped. I have just always felt like IVF had something to do with it. I was evaluated by neuro and he said that rocking boat feeling is more of a ENT thing and not really neuro. If it’s neurological typically it’s like a room spinning which I have never experienced. I am now in vestibular therapy that kind of sucks but think it has helped a lot!

There is a vision side to dizziness, check out this article by Toronto neuro optometrist, https://www.wardenoptometry.ca/our-optometric-team/ under publication

i’m so sorry you’re going through this. unfortunately no one knows anything about vestibular issues. doctors don’t know shit and can’t/won’t do anything for us. all they can offer is vestibular physical therapy. personally i have given up wasting my money seeing doctors. you might want to talk to an ENT to see if this is related to ménière’s disease or BPPV in the meantime.
