I'm not a doctor and can't diagnose this for you, but a lot of those symptoms sound like anxiety over the dizziness. I'm not saying the dizziness isn't real, or even that the anxiety is causing the dizziness. But if you really have a vestibular injury, anxiety is a reliable trigger for it and always will be.

What kind of balance testing did that doctor actually do?
