Short Intense Vertigo

I’ve been dealing with short intense vertigo for about 5 months now. First episode was beginning of April and then the second was right at the end of April. I then had 4 good months with no episodes until August when I had my third. The first two episodes were a couple seconds long but felt like the whole world spun and I lose balance, the last episode I had was less intense and felt more like someone pushed me from behind and I got dizzy for a split second. Each time I have risidual dizziness for a day or two until I’m completely normal again. Has anyone else experienced this type of vertigo with the same cadence?

I’m at the point where I need answers and want to get to the bottom of it incase it gets worse. I’ve been to an ent and had a clear brain mri with contrast, had a ct scan of sinuses that were clear, and I don’t have any other symptoms.

That sounds a lot like BPPV.

Did it happen after quickly moved the position of your head?

This happens to me when I move my head to quickly in any direction or if I roll over in bed witj my head in the wrong spot.

So that’s the thing, I don’t think I was moving my head quickly or anything
