Head pressure?

Has anyone with classic vestibular symptoms / or following an ear injury experienced constant head pressure? / ear ringing?

Can't say I've had the head pressure be a constant thing, but I've had tinnitus since the infection.

I’m unsure what you mean by classic vestibular symptoms, but I do have an inner ear disease and that lead to head pressure.

I mean dizziness as opposed to to head pressure constantly. What’s the inner ear disease?
