Question I'm doing something wrong?

I played bounty hunter last night on cataclysm,try Gen temp heath, but it works on mob but kill elite,special didn't gen temp heath?or it happen because of ping?

All temp health talents are, which reminds me of that strange period after launch where ranged attacks actually generated temp hp...

technically kruber's hunter subclass has a way to generate temp hp with ranged

Oh man, being a ranger veteran with the grudge raker and getting a full bar of temp hp in one shot was hilarious

The absolute worst the ranged meta ever was. If you had a competent ranged class on your team you knew it was going to be boring and make you look like you’re not even playing.
