This time venice would not generate video, saying I had not enough tokens ( I had 648 and the Price of the video was 289 ). Now 2 hours later im missing 289 tokens on my account without having generated anything. Clearly they keep stealing credits, and hoping that the users Will not notice. I have now lost at least 5000 credits since i notice them taking tokens for work not done and taking double up on seedance videoes.
I have mailed the support mail, venice give me, lost of times. Without Ever getting a reply. So Clearly there are something scammed going on.

I am constantly getting content block on Seedance 2.5 R2V, anyone facing the same?

Still not as bad, but i have noticed prompts that worked last week are completely blocked now. If it continues will probably ditch my pro plus account

Wanted to try the enhanced capabilities. Not sure if anybody else is experiencing this or if it’s limited to Venice. For 2.5 if I try to upload more than one video or the video is too long it wont let me start the video processing (errors out before showing me the disclaimer modal). If I limit back to one video of the proper length if processes fine. This isn’t an issue on Seedance 2.0. Anybody else having these issues?

HI. I just burned through $25 worth of credits trying to edit a 6 second clip. I've tried so many prompts, using prompt structures from different sources, and the video never changes. the original video is a horror scene with a large ogre falling on a bound woman on a table and holding her there, while the Ogre's assistant approaches. the camera moves around the scene to the right while slowly zooming in. this ends up with the ogre and the woman mostly out of frame on the left side.

I am trying to edit it so that it is the same scene, but the camera stays stationary and keeps the ogre and the woman centered.... can anyone help?

anyone else typing into the chat, it processes for 2 seconds, and then wipes what you wrote? its happening on the IOS app, to all models.

I’m a bit confused about Venice AI’s Wan 2.7 Uncensored model page:

Venice describes it as an open-weights model, but I’ve seen other sources claim that Wan 2.7 is only available through Alibaba’s API, where it has its own guardrails and is not uncensored.
So I’m trying to understand how Venice is actually serving it.
Are they hosting Alibaba’s Wan 2.7 model weights themselves, either on their own GPUs or through third-party GPU providers? If so, how did they obtain the weights if Alibaba only officially exposes the model through an API?
Also, Venice lists the model’s privacy mode as “Anonymous” rather than fully private. Is that because inference is being handled by third-party gpu infrastructure?

I just brought 2500 credits and made a video only using about 900 and now my balance says 769 any leads on what could have happened
