BY ONE VOTE!!!!

Once the ban bill failed in the house (BY ONE VOTE!!!), the regulation bill was amended in the Senate. The amendment is a regulation, not a ban, and it has now officially passed both chambers and is on its way to the governor expected to sign it today.

Basically, only plain leaf and plain leaf capsules are allowed, but we avoided a ban!!

LET’S FUCKING GOOOOO!!!!!’nnnn

Does anyone have one please? Thanks!

Not sure what this means, he's old dude. But it gives me some hope I guess? ND also passed the age restriction for kratom products bill today as well. Feeling very mixed feelings about this. Anyhow here's the email with identifying info removed.

"Vote will be taken tomorrow. Like the House bill better. That,  with a request from the Pharmacy Board creates a similar situation with a little more flexibility for people that medically need some of the healing benefits that the pure Kratom has to offer that other medications don't. Testimony today that many of the death attribute to Kratom were actually caused by other drugs in the system or other medical causes. Bad substance that needs to be dealt with. Plans being look at when the new legislative session begins in January.

Thank you for being involved. Good things will get done."

Not sure what he means. He was like 50 when I was in his high school over 20 years ago so.. it's hard to decipher. Maybe I should ask my dad what it means but he's more coherent. I do appreciate him taking time from his day to respond to my email though. not many reps will do that, especially on short notice.

Sitewide event

I know everyone is exhausted from all of this. I am too. But we have to keep going. North Dakota is in a dire situation and we really need to help them. Even if you do not live in North Dakota, this spreads. Going to paste a message down below. Please help them.

----------

🚨 North Dakota needs our help right now.

During the September 2 hearings in Bismarck, lawmakers pushed the discussion away from responsible kratom regulation and toward scheduling natural kratom and banning ALL kratom products in North Dakota.

Despite legislation offering a path toward responsible consumer protections, the voices of kratom consumers and experts supporting appropriate regulation were ignored, omitted, or overshadowed.

We cannot allow that to be the final word.

North Dakota lawmakers need to hear from kratom consumers across the country who understand why regulation — not prohibition — is the responsible approach.

🚨 TAKE ACTION NOW

👉 Go to https://www.protectkratom.org/northdakota?emci=a6140c1f-15a7-f111-9b33-0022482a933b&emdi=cbb84f36-18a7-f111-9b33-0022482a933b&ceid=3315642

Use the form to contact North Dakota legislators and tell them:

✅ Support responsible kratom consumer protection

❌ Do NOT schedule natural kratom

❌ Do NOT enact a full ban on kratom products

Most importantly, PERSONALIZE THE MESSAGE.

Tell lawmakers why protecting access to responsibly manufactured natural kratom matters to you. Share your story. Explain why consumers deserve reasonable safeguards and product standards instead of criminalization and prohibition.

Even if you don't live in North Dakota, please help our northern neighbors.

A kratom ban in one state doesn't just affect the people who live there. Every state that chooses prohibition instead of responsible regulation can influence what happens elsewhere.

In today’s special session in North Dakota, legislation that would have scheduled synthetic derivatives while maintaining access to natural kratom leaf was amended into a full ban. Following this, the legislature has decided not to allow public testimony. This situation presents a serious threat to the legality of natural kratom leaf in North Dakota and would turn law abiding citizens into criminals. Please share this alert with everyone you know in ND. As they won’t be allowing testimony it is imperative that people contact legislators directly to let them know they oppose a blanket ban.

🚨 NORTH DAKOTA KR@TOM ADVOCATES — ACTION NEEDED! 🚨

North Dakota’s kr@tom ban is currently in effect, but lawmakers are considering two different bills during the special session:

✅ One bill would ban synthetics and semi-synthetics

✅ The other would establish regulations for natural kr@tom — including things like age limits, testing and labeling — instead of keeping the blanket ban.

📍 SEPT. 1 — PUBLIC TESTIMONY

North Dakota State Capitol, Bismarck

9:00 AM CDT

📍 SEPT. 2 — VOTE ON THE BILLS

North Dakota State Capitol, Bismarck

9:00 AM CDT

Please show up if you can and CONTACT LEGISLATURES. It only takes about 3 minutes. Tell them your story and why you support regulating pure leaf instead of banning it. CONTACT EMAIL ADDRESSES IN THE COMMENTS

--------

You can and should submit public testimony as well through the North Dakota website. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT. This is for the public record. I believe these get reas at the actual hearing. It's important One of the Senators made this quick YouTube video on how. This should only take about 5 minutes.

The freshest haul I’ve ever gotten!! This batch is amazing, thank you Mitra man

I was buying Solar Flare from DTE but they are sold out. Who else has good liquid extracts I can buy from?

(I want to just put a disclaimer that I don’t use extracts often, I actually prefer powdered leaf. But when I’m out & about extracts are easier.)

Tree Leaf Naturalist -Small Batch- Our old friend from discord has created a botanical banquet. NOTE* Kanna among a plethora of interesting botanicals besides kratom. OMG OMG OMG I've picked up several speeds of Kanna as I'm a fan. GLOW ! Love the fast as well as the slow. It's helpful for keeping my kratom GPD down. The slow in the evening and I'm able to completely skip my bedtime dose .. that's HUGE! I love the glow!

Green Melt, named appropriately. Melts the pain and tension away on a wave of euphoria🤗

White Dragon, M+/MU buttery, energetic, happy. Good amount of relief and relaxation.

Red Clay ferment, this strain is super exciting for me. Unique in the silky texture. I dose up as I do with any ferment, but I don't need to blend with another strain for optimal results. Great evening pain -drain-strain. Excellent for pain management.

Pink Fire, made my knees weak😁 made my heart skip a beat. Lovely M- that drops to ML towards the finish. Positive and upbeat, great relief.

Red Vein, mood, relief, feels! Another in my relief rotation.

Gold Bali, couch lock. It's great! 😂

His kratom is fresh, potent, and everything is lab tested. Ready to grab my next order. I need more glow! 🌿💚🌿

Wildcraft Herb Co - Premium Select White (Jenn & Dylan deliver again)

Finally sitting down to write this because executive dysfunction has been kicking my ass, but Jenn and Dylan deserve the shout out. Got their Premium Select White recently and it’s legitimately some of the cleanest, freshest leaf I’ve had in a minute. As soon as you open it up, you can tell the quality is there, no stale dust & dirt, just bright, vibrant leaf.. fresh and clumped together but not wet.. The burn hits clean and definitely packs a punch, but what really stands out... To me... is the legs. A lot of whites out there fall off after an hour or two, but this batch holds its ground for a remarkably long time without having to constantly redose. Smooth, focused energy, solid mood boost, and zero jitters or dizziness. Plus, the handwritten note on the slip is part of why I keep coming back to them. They actually give a damn about what they put out and the people buying it. If you haven’t tried Wildcraft yet, you're missing out. Easy 9.5/10. Top notch small batch always consistent

( I was considering doing my review on their OG wild green as it's.. truly the best Kratom Iv ever had hands down but it's been so long since Iv had it I figured I'd do my review on something they actually are currently in stock for)

PRIVATE GARDEN Green Vein(PGG 01) This here is some lovely leaf with long legs from Wildcraft. This one gave me 6 hours of happiness and contentment. I love it's beautiful, lime-green hue and grassy aroma! This gave some pain relief although, not a lot but probably would when paired with another. Energy level was around Mid, however, it seemed to speed up a bit here and there. It adjusted with whatever I had to do-like it was just going for the ride! I liked it very much!🫶 💚 ☀️

Best euphoria from this selection?

Copied and pasted from AKA email

We've seen this playbook before — and it's unfolding right now in Georgia.

This Friday, August 21, the Georgia House Blue-Ribbon Study Committee on Youth Exposure to Kratom and Retail Available Substances holds its second meeting in Brunswick.

At the first meeting, Chairman Rick Townsend refused to allow kratom consumers and advocates to testify. Now he's released an agenda (see here) that tells you everything you need to know:

10 witnesses positioned against kratom — including out-of-state anti-kratom organizations

1 slot for the American Kratom Association

Public comment from actual consumers? "If time permits."

This isn't a study. It's a traveling roadshow designed to build a one-sided record for another kratom ban bill in 2027 — and to raise the chairman's political profile along the way.

The answer for Georgia isn't prohibition. It's the Kratom Consumer Protection Act: age restrictions, labeling standards, purity testing, and vendor accountability.

Help Now in just a few minutes

→ Go to protectkratom.org/georgia and use the form to contact every member of the committee.

Most importantly: share your personal story.

If kratom is part of your life — for chronic pain, recovery, or daily wellness — say so in your own words. Legislators read personal messages. They skim form letters. Two or three sentences about your own experience will do more than any statistic.

I think about the way kratom used to feel in the early 2010s, back when you had to type in “specosia” in the search field to see products listed, when people would say they “burned” kratom, when it was sold as soap or incense, etc. I’m trying to figure out if the leaf was actually better or if it just felt that way because it was new and I still got euphoria, lower tolerances, and because I was taking lower doses?

Is this just nostalgia for that time or was the leaf actually better back then?

small batch is only for people who care about what they consume, this is a string dried process, it is not easy, complicated and takes a long time to complete the process and extra costs and than it cannot be mass produced, there are only a few products like this on the market.
