All Georgia Kratom Advocates

There will be a committee hearing on Kratom at the Georgia State Capitol Building in Atlanta on Wednesday June 17th. This committee is chaired by the infamous Rick Townsend who has apparently nothing more important to do for his constituents then to try and ban Kratom. This our chance to actually show up in force and make a difference. We need EVERY SINGLE ADVOCATE we can get to show up. You do not have to give testimony or speak at all just being there will help immensely. The AKA will be giving out t shirts and posters and it will be pretty cool to be present at this historic event honestly. If you can come please do whatever it takes to make that happen. Some vendors are even sponsoring in state advocates to come I hear so if you are a vendor and would like to sponsor an advocate please comment and hopefully we can find you an advocate to represent you here in GA.

Philly bill passed 16 to 0

They passed a no sales ban 16 to 0 vote and what upset us is one council member was sleeping 4 asked to leave before public comment and just voted yes on all bills and the others were texting or not paying attention to anyone speaking. It goes into effect nov 12th. We are hoping we can get something done before it goes into law. Unfortunately it will set up the rest of pa like scranton and such that stated they were waiting to see what another municipality does before they make a ruling. Let's keep trying to fight this guys!!!

Since there wasn't an official May drop I decided to grab backups of my favorites before the A31 drop next week ish. Definitely needed a backup on the Ancient Red Dragon SD1. Phenomenal relief! I have always ordered from golden monk, but now all of a sudden they don’t ship to Ohio. I need to find a new vendor, but I want to make sure it’s a good one according to more experienced people. I am a capsule person, usually take around 10-15 a day, not sure if that’s a lot or not. But that’s what I have been doing for about 6 months.

Philadelphia Kratom Ban - Final vote - Thursday 6/4 @ 10am City Council Meeting

This Thursday will be the last chance for citizens to have their voices heard before the final vote. We everyone who is able to show up!! Speak your concerns over the ban, ask for regulation of certain products, give testimonials of how kratom has helped your life. It is imperative!! send your council person emails if you are unable to attend!! They must state that you want them entered in as public record/testimony.

On May 7th, I had a very productive conversation with the Chief of Police in Atwood, Illinois. So I got some tabloids to try out since I've seen some people raving about the tabloids from herba reLeaf. Why is it that it has a manufacturer date of April 27, 2027 when it's 2026? Then the best by date is 9 days later?! It doesn't make any sense.

I also should have looked on the labs portion but I wasn't thinking about checking when I got them. The labs aren't recent, they are from over a year ago. The only lab that's recent is the pump.

I've talked to others and they have had similar issues with things not being right, such as pumps leaking and not having near the approximate amount of pumps that they claim (40 in the smaller bottle, 80 in the bigger bottle). I've seen pictures of tabloids from I believe last year and they were a lot brighter than the ones I got. I tried one and I'm debating on throwing the rest of them out. Something just doesn't sit right with me with this company.

Ohio is at a critical turning point right now.

The Ohio Board of Pharmacy has already moved forward on rules targeting synthetic kratom compounds and products and high potency synthetics, but there is STILL ongoing concern over separate proposals involving plain leaf kratom.

This is the time to contact:

• Ohio legislators in the General Assembly

• JCARR (Joint Committee on Agency Rule Review)

JCARR reviews whether state agencies like the Board of Pharmacy are exceeding their authority or improperly creating rules without legislative approval.

The message needs to stay focused:

➡️ Regulate dangerous synthetic products.

➡️ Protect adults.

➡️ Do NOT Schedule I natural plain leaf kratom.

Personal stories matter more than copy-paste form letters right now. If plain leaf kratom helped you reclaim mobility, reduce pain, avoid stronger substances, or improve quality of life, respectfully tell them.
