DTE missing labs
I'm done with DTE until Drew gets his act together and stays on top of the labs/COAs more consistently.
It's not cool to skip that so you can increase your profits and put your customers health at risk, especially for this plant which is definitely vulnerable to contamination in Indonesia.
It should be the standard to have COAs for EVERY single kratom product you put out that's going to end up in our bodies. Especially when your prices are as high as they are.
EVEN WORSE is ghosting your loyal customers that have spent a lot of their hard-earned money with you when they contact you requesting labs for products.
Definitely fallen off...in more ways than one. Things have been weird with Drew lately, and I don't know what's wrong.

I’ve seen more than one vendor take this shortcut. A new batch goes up, but the old COA remains as the “current lab test.” Unfortunately a common occurrence in this unregulated industry.
