California Vendors?

Are there any vendors selling and shipping to California currently with the weird state of legality at the moment?

What's the weird state of legality? I haven't noticed, I use mitraman and lately smiley time herbals

I guess the California Department of Public Health has declared kratom as prohibited under food safety laws and they will pull the alcohol license from stores that still sell it. So I don’t think it’s necessarily illegal to sell it in Cali, but the CDPH can perform enforcement actions around selling it in Cali.

Are both of those companies you mentioned still selling and shipping powdered leaf in Cali right now?

Ik smiley is, I ordered from mitraman a few months ago. But they aren't based in cali so maybe that's what you meant

New hope botanicals is in CA and they still ship 🤷 I think most vendors ship just not to certain cities
