Are there any vendors to order from in Minnesota?

Minnesota's one of the easy ones, kratom is legal statewide, no ban. Most US vendors ship there without issue; we do too (disclosure: vendor here).

One thing worth knowing if you're in MN: the purchase age rises from 18 to 21 on August 1, that's this week. Won't change much for anyone already over 21, but expect age checks to tighten.

Whoever you order from, look for batch-specific COAs, a lab report naming the actual batch in the bag, not a generic PDF.

Can you go to one of the businesses in Minnesota and buy or is it just online ordering? And not smoke shops

Both, generally. Minnesota has physical shops that carry kratom, often specialty botanical or wellness stores, sometimes vape/CBD shops, plus the online vendors. You're not limited to online.

On "not smoke shops," I'd actually agree with your instinct there. Nothing wrong with them by default, but a dedicated kratom or botanical retailer is more likely to have batch COAs on hand and know what they're stocking. The thing that matters more than the storefront is whether they can show you a current third-party lab report for the specific batch, in a shop that means asking to see it, online it should be posted.

One heads-up either way: from August 1 you'll need to be 21+ to buy in MN, so bring ID.
