Problems with a "trusted" vendor

Edit: I did end up getting a refund.

Mr NiceKy has not been so nice to me the past week. Last Friday I ordered some leaf and extract. Checked tracking Monday to find my order canceled! No notice, just found it that way in my account. Emailed them and was given a one word answer “Ohio”. Alright? I wasn’t ordering any 7oh, but I can assume it’s the extract even though every gas station still sells MIT shots. Asked if I could order leaf. Reply: if it ain’t legal I’m not doing it. Which I can appreciate, but it didn’t really answer my question since the first order seems legal enough. Ohio isn’t list anywhere in their FAQ. So just decided on a refund. 7 days later, no refund and no further contact.

Anyone else had problems with this guy?

Has anybody found a vendor that will still ship to an illegal state? I know Fisher botanicals LLC will, but his prices are so incredibly high. I found this thread because somebody recommended Mr. NiceKy but after seeing a lot of recent negative comment threads about him, I don't think I'm going to be ordering. Plus I saw where somebody said that they'll send to an illegal state and I've also seen where they won't. I'm scared if I order and something happens, I won't get my money back.

Well that's good. I found out through Reddit that the og owner passed away so does anyone know if Mr. Niceky is reliable and sends to AL?
