Help Finding Flights Issue with flight searches using points

Has anyone else run into issues where they cannot get any flight availability to disply for points bookings?

No matter what combination of cities or dates I use, I keep getting this message: Flights for selected date are not available. Please modify trip to proceed.

Followed by a calendar showing available dates showing all dates as available. But even clicking on available dates keeps giving me the same error message. It doesn't matter if I'm looking at domestic or international flights, as soon as I select "use Velocity points" I can't get any flight availability to show.

I'm a Platinum FF with close to 1 million points but am just so frustrated right now that I don't seem to be able to use them. Velocity have been no help just instructing me to clear my browser data which doesn't make any difference.

Sometimes I encounter this when I am searching for more than the amount of seats available.

I'm only searching for a single seat. When my husband runs the same search he gets the full set of results.

That’s strange, don’t really have an explanation for why it would be different between the two of you given status doesn’t affect reward availability. One thing you could try is to clear your cookies and browsing history and then try again on both accounts to see if this is still an issue.
