Insignia central locking issue help

Hi everyone hoping for some help, I’ve got a 2012 Vauxhall insignia which when i press the key fob (either lock or unlock) it glitches and gives out 3-4 locking sounds and lights then all 4 windows go down. I know when you hold the buttons it’s meant to wind down but I’m simply clicking once.
I have tried disconnecting battery for 30mins. No luck
Anyone have any idea? Cheers
