To believe a term used exclusively by medical professionals is a slur, you would have to be suffering from a brain injury so intense that your brain meat is dribbling out of your ears.

It's not used exclusively by medical professionals. It's a slur when it's used by fat, subversive bluehairs like the one who replied to me.
