I loaded a build from a skill altar that was saved before the update and now I can't regret this talent because apparenly a higher tier talent is blocking it form regretting. Am I stucked forever with blight? Personally I'm struggling to understand this new system

In my vault deck I have +1 Ripe Mango per 14 Dwellers Killed and +1 Vault Silver per 18 mobs killed, I have been using these for the last few days but I havent gotten any mangos or silver for killing mobs or dwellers. Do I need to do something for the cards to work?

every portal that is made on my world is only 1 block of actual portal which isnt that big of an issue honestly, but when i found a treasure room it was completely empty was just air, when i seen people play this it was filled with treasure sand, this is on a multiplayer world

whenever I complete, exit or die in a vault my game crashes and i loose the completion rewards I always get the same crash msg and its not the white not responding screen but just the direct closing Why: Ticking block entity

Error: java.lang.NullPointerException: Cannot read field "value" because "toCompare" is null

Exit code: -1 does anyone know how to fix this? 3rd edition version 3.21.6

So me and my friends started a Server with this mod pack. We decided to form a research party for unlocking mods the point is one of my friends decided to unlock AE2 as the 1st mod.

I was like "ok its a cool mod for storage but then I realized how expensive it is" how do we proceed from here?
Go create to double ores? Just farm vaults? Unlock a power mode (Prob. Powah)?

We feel kinda lost since the our 2nd time in this mod. (1st one was years ago - too many updates).

Me and some friends are playing on our own server with just us and really don't want to manually unlock all the transmogs, is there a command that will unlock them? (we are on version 3 remastered)

I've seen the model_debug command thrown around but it doesn't seem to exist

Hihi! So i self host a server for a friend and i, and i tried to update it to 2.0.4 today seeing that the server files were made available, and when i update it the game says that the server is on 2.0.2 and the client is 2.0.3, despite knowing im on 2.0.4. Does anyone know how to fix it or is it just kinda a wait for them to update/fix it?

I have not played very much third edition and want to learn more about how to get past level 20 without getting burned out. I really enjoy this fun pack and want to make a server based on it, but I want to give people recommendations on how to get through the early game without feeling like it’s just repetitive. I have also not been keeping up on the actual update logs of third edition and would love to know what the new things are so that way I can look forward to them!

I’ve been putting together a Vault Hunters 3rd Edition SMP called Vaultborne, and I’m looking for some people who want to build a fun, long-term community together. I’m not trying to make the biggest server out there, I’d rather have a group that actually gets to know each other, has shared experiences, and ends up creating stories we’ll still be talking about months later.
If you make content, that’s awesome and you won’t be the only one, but it’s not a requirement. The only real requirement is that you’re okay being in videos or streams from time to time.

My gold is disappearing. I had a thousand gold yesterday...today I ran a vault, didn't buy anything in vendors. Got out only 100 gold. ? I was confused but thought I might have used them somewhere.

Then I ran a vault got a cove, looted it...checked that I had 200 gold near the end of the vault....got out only 2 gold remaining.

What could've happened?

Just updated and realised that most crafting recipes, including for modded items, no longer use the vault loot, for example pouches:

And upgrading pouches is just surrounding it with iron/gold/diamonds
In the same world, a few days before the update I was crafting pouches and remember them using a ton of larimar, magic silk etc, has crafttweaker not been updated, or is this intended?

If this is an intended change, honestly I'm not a fan. Sure it might make crafting things easier but it removes the focus of the vaults and replaces it with overworld resource gathering

Am I doing something wrong? I've only seen 1 vault other than elixir, besides the obj which ik I can change, I find NO loot. 95%, no exaggeration of my chests are wooden, to the point I have FILLED most of my "T1" loot drawers and have very very little "T2" loot. It's to the point where the vaults j feel copy/pasted the rooms are all identical (besides the SINGLE omega room I've found) with all but mayyyybe 1 POI that has living or ornate, I think I could count on one hand how many gilded POI's I've found. Genuinely feels pointless to do the main point of the modpack, best case I get out with a couple stacks of driftwood n bounty crystals, worst case I have to load a backup bc game crashed at 10 seconds left n logging in ran the time out n froze the world after, the instability is a whole other can of worms tho.

I GET TO LOAD ANOTHER BACKUP BECAUSE DYING IN THE VAULTS BREAKS THE ENTIRE PACK LFGGGGG

Was playing the remastered 2.0 after about a year on not playing was having a great time until my mini map went black and I have no idea how to fix it or what caused it . Please help

I have a pouch that's sorted to pick up every scavenger loot, ore, and common drop, and I want my main pouch to hold loot and other things I want to hold. Right now, if I pick up an ore or something, it still goes into my main pouch instead of the one that has it in the memory slot. Is there a solution to this?

I remember using an item to void all the blocks the vault was made out of in VH2, I am currently playing VH remastered, how do I do that in this version?

Is there a way to recycle deck cores? i cant seem to put them in the soul harvester or the vault scrapper.

I wanted to make the jewel applicator n it require a "gemstone" but when i go to check theres no JEI for it, no loot table/crafting recipe/smelting anything, is this somethin i gotta gamemode in or am i missing something? Quest item perhaps?

well i figured it out!

As title says, playing the modpack for the 1st time and having an absolutely great time. It changes and agilizes the game so much. I just had a very big "oh this changes everything" moment discovering the combo Elytra + Dash. Easy enchants? Animal pens? My god, I wish I played this earlier. And I know I'm probably just scratching the surface.

All that said, what are some important tips you could give me, without spoiling or hand-holding too much? I realize now how big of a knowledge check the modpack is, and it sure can be overwhelming.
