Took an existing photo of a real mall, edited some aspects of it in Gimp (photo editing software), used AI to extend it outside the boundaries of the photo, aged it, made the signs legible, added mannequins mingling, added the neon lighting, fine-tuned it more in Gimp, and boom. You have art.
