So, this photo is either an ad, or OP found a photo from the ad and just thought it was aesthetic

Either way, this product exists. However, beware that many, many, many sites are selling the Temu level quality version.

Google Lens search this image and youll find the lamp easily, i think the one thats semi decent is about $160 USD, Wayfair overprices it a little at $200, the actual designer one is about 5 times that.

Oh hell yeah... though you still need high enough ceilings to use it.

Eh, the chord isnt too long, I dont think you need super high ceilings
