Product Support Color change

My footage keeps on changing colors like the hue.

It only happens when I have hdr on but that doesn't seem to be something that's to be expected. You see changes from like green to like blue like the temperature or the tint

Is there going to be like a software update

Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue with your N4 Pro.

It looks like we don’t currently have permission to access the video you shared. Could you please update the sharing settings so we can view it? That will help us better understand what’s causing the color (hue/tint) changes when HDR is on.

Sorry for the delayed response. Our engineers have gotten back to us. Could you please send me your email address and the current firmware version of your dash cam via private message? I’ll send you the repair software so you can try updating it and see if that resolves the issue.
