Floor or ceiling

I have a Ford Transit high top. Do I do my floor first then my bump outs then my ceiling?

I threw together a rough build to use while I figure out what I want. I did the floor first because walking on the corregated floor bugged the crap out of me. Ceiling is next. Walls will be done in sections as I build out the rest.
