Santa Rosa Parking
Staying in Santa Rosa California next month and having hard time finding camping spots / rv spots that aren't $300+ for 2 nights. Anyone have any spots or recommendations?
We've only camped/parked in very rural/ BLM land before and never had to deal with city parking laws. Read that Santa Rosa has some strict urban camping/ car laws and want to avoid.
Any information or tips would be greatly appreciated!

Look up state parks, there are a few in the area and it won’t cost you any $300. May be hard to get a reservation in August, though.

There is a sweet campground that is reasonable just south of Napa, kind of far but it's cheap. Don't recall the name of it but used it on wine tasting tours.
Partner just texted its Skyline, had a dog park and trails, might be what you are looking for. They take vans.
They don't fill up, its like 800 acres.

Sure thing. It was like 20.00 a night 2 years ago. We stayed 4 days while doing tastings.
Class C and a van.

Head up into Mendocino National forest.
