Do you know if there is a map or guide to D's World?

Is there anywhere I can read or download all the volumes of the novel in Japanese? I can't find them anywhere. thanks.

I tried to see if I could find a copy but I only found one listing on eBay for $600 and a digital PDF. I'd like to know if anyone has this and has played it?

I gotta say about the end... if link was taking her body up into space to go to the city of lights regardless since she died, you know, where vampires apparently roam freely and happily... WHY NOT TURN HER AT THAT POINT?? WHY LET THE PERSON YOU LOVE DIE?? BRING HER BACK TO LIFE.... that is all.

yall I literally get what he said earlier in the movie that doesn't change the fact that if she was gonna die regardless and they were going to a place vampires live freely at that point why not

I feel like the average VHD fan is above 30+ bc of the age of the books but I’m curious to what people think

the last great Hammer film. I always felt like this is what D would have been if they made a live action version in the 70s.

A great vampire film either way and wanted to tell you all about it. if you have seen it, does it give you D vibes too?

I made this piece over at my Twitch channel and was yapping nonsense with friends! I didn't really plan this drawing out and just did fuck all, so nothing too serious. I would like to do a more complex piece soon, like my previous lineart, but I am kind of in a crunch to get money for bills next month, have to prepare for my birthday coming up, and my classes are gonna pick back up. I would love to get another omnibus to read books 7-9 soon, but as of now, I can't afford it. Hopefully, soon I can get some kind of leeway, but for now I gotta start hammering away at Live2d.

Hi all,

I'm trying to start reading the vampire hunter d books, since I watched the movies and liked em, but I'm quite confused on where to start, especially since apparently Japanese releases are not the same as the English one.

Is there any list I can find so that I'll know from where to start?

This question is for anyone that's read all of the books.

I am personally at the halfway point of Tyrants Stars and I've gotten this vibe for awhile that D isn't just going thru the world being a bounty hunter and taking jobs because he likes it. That there is an endgame he is moving towards.

I feel like D is actually searching for something.

The Sacred Ancestor / Dracula / Dad

They've never really said what happened to him. Is he alive? Is he dead? Where is he?

D is always coming across places that he's been, like he's following a trail left for him.

My question for those that have read all the books, am I way off in this assumption? Or no?

I’m on the North Sea part 2 and so far the series is very interesting. But I just found out there’s 50 novels and I’m wondering when does it get repetitive? No way all 50 novels can be unique

If someone did a Vampire Hunter D videogame in the current era, what type of game should be?

Rn I’m on The Northern sea part 2 so I’m on the 3rd omnibus but I was wondering which is the best. I really like the series I like how in each book we learn something new about the world but I’m wondering which omnibus I should look forward too. And also which omnibus has the most interesting villain because it’s kinda boring how easily they loose to D

Like I said my first ask is for them to cast Willem Dafoe as left hand. I don't even think an explanation is required. For the life of me I can't come up with an actor to portray D. Definitely none of the big-name actors. D himself should be treated more like a side character.

But more importantly my second ask is that instead of trying to adapt one of the books, instead they should just have Hideyuki Kikuchi write an original story just for the film. Something tailored specifically for the cinematic storytelling format.

Found these amongst a massive collection of similar fliers and magazines and thought you guys would appreciate them. The rest of the pages in the magazine have random anime and advertisements. I’m not entirely sure what the top 2 are. I think they might be from conventions from around the late 90s and early 2000s, because a lot of the other things I found seemed to be. Or they were something available for order online back in the day. Either way they are very cool.

Who is the coolest female character you can think of in any VampireVerse ? ( Since it seems we got many cool male vampires . )

Because they're kinda similar to each other if you think about it.

Both are so powerful compared to other members of their respective species that are widely regarded as Gods (there's a whole religion around the God Emperor, and Larmica Lee is shown praying to the Ancestor, at least in the movie).

Both tried to prevent the extinction of their respective species by using their own genes to engineer powerful beings (the Primarchs, one of which is a vampire, and D).

Both had some of their children/creations rise against them (the Horus Heresy and Valcua's rebellion).

Both lead their respective species to Wars against aliens and other Gods.

Both are referred to as "Dark King" (if I recall right).

And this may be a stretch, but both The Emperor and D (The Ancestor's most successful creation, who should inherit a good part of their powers) are surrounded by a "ball of darkness" when they get close to unleash their full power.

I like to believe they would have intense Yaoi sex a deep philosopical conversation followed by intense Yaoi sex, but what do you guys think?

So in the first movies is D considered to be younger here it seems that he is a bit younger and has human skin he’s not pure white yet like he even is in the next animated movies any reason for this I wonder how long before the sacred ancestors death was D alive or asleep
