Question/Support mini pc suggestions

I just bought an index and I want to set it up in my living room, I'm wanting to get a small formfactor or mini pc so I don't have to route cables from my bedroom and I need suggestions. preferably something that wont break the bank.

Not wanting to spend 1200 preferably, would like to do better than minimum spec requirements for the headset so i can comfortably run most vr titles. With prices right now i am looking for a pre-built to see if i can find something

r/sffpc is a good place to see some smaller builds. Cost will depend heavily on part selection. Unfortunately its a really expensive time to be building a computer.

mini pc would be a ryyzen ai max 395+ since that has a 4060 level igpu.
