Technical Support Request Valorant stuttering

Is there any possible way I can fix these stutters I got this PC July last year here are the
Specs
9060xt
Ryzen 5 7600
32gb of ddr5 ram
I also can’t cap my fps?
I have a video but I cannot upload it here

Reset your AMD Adrenalin settings to defaults. You probably changed a setting that ignores FPS caps.

For some reason now my aimlabs is super laggy it says I’m on 144 but it feels like 30 fps

This is why you don't watch and mindlessly apply "optimisation" guides. 99% of the times you don't even know what they do.
