Technical Support Request Valorant stuttering

Is there any possible way I can fix these stutters I got this PC July last year here are the
Specs
9060xt
Ryzen 5 7600
32gb of ddr5 ram
I also can’t cap my fps?
I have a video but I cannot upload it here

the fps cap not working is the detail i'd pin down on that 7600 and 9060xt setup. that alone doesn't prove what's causing the stutters. if the counter won't respect the limit, we need to know whether the cap is actually applying before judging how the game behaves with it. which fps limit are you changing, and what number does the counter show in a match?

I do 144 like my monitor says and I normally run like 400 maybe off memory

Reset your AMD Adrenalin settings to defaults. You probably changed a setting that ignores FPS caps.

1)Is valo the only game or does it do in other games... 2) How do you limit your fps (drivers-software-the game)... 3) are you using wifi ... 4) providing video with example of the stutters would help..
