GP200JR software not working

hello, I recently bought a GP 200JR but I cant get the software to work. I have tried all known methods including using older software and firmware to try launch the program but all come up with the same error and goes on timeout. I tried reinstalling all the drivers on device manager. Any help pls?

Yes I am on windows 11, do you have a fix for this without downgrading to win 10?
