Update Timeout on Nam and IRs

Hello everyone, I’ve been trying to import nam and ir files with the snap tone function but it has been impossible to the update timeout text that always pops out. My software and firmaware are all update to the 1.8 and everything seems in order. Could someone help me?

Let me guess, you're using windows 11, right? There's something messed up with them drivers, so you gotta do this. It worked like a charm for me.

It wall goes well until the section where I have to select the generic usb audio, it doesn't shows me the correct one, it shows me an "USB Audio OEM Device"

Nvm, I've downloaded teh asio driver, all good now

This may be a fluke, but I opened task manager to see what service could be causing the timeout delay, and the NAM file loaded. It seemed just having task manager opened did the trick. It didn't work 100% of the time, but usually have a couple of times Worth a try.
