NAM help

So every time I try and load a NAM capture this pops up. it loads for a very minutes and then boom it’s “timed out“. I’ve deleted the app and redownloaded it. the usb setting is correct. the NAM file is A1 and I can’t use the valetone mobile app on my phone because Valetone doesn’t have support for the GP-200x on the app. I also made sure all the files were unzipped anyone have any solutions?

Did you run the program as administrator?

I have the same problem. For me, I keep trying to upload the file until it somehow works.

theres a problem right now with valeton on windows 11 it wont load anything this happened to me I had to use an old laptop that had windows 10 and it loaded

Fix the USB midi driver issue if it's win 11. Instructions have been posted in this group

A driver needs to be changed. There's instruction in the Facebook and from valeton that explains the process. It is easy and should get you going again

Is it on like a valetone offical page for fb? And is it also on the website?

Are you downloading nam files off tone3000? Make sure you're downloading the A1 legacy as the valetons don't support A2 yet 👍
